Is alcohol allowed?

Yes. But please NO intoxicated, disruptive or unsafe behavior. If you display any of these you will be kindly asked to leave.

Are vaccine cards required?

No.

Are masks required?

No. But please be courteous of your fellow guests and ask if they would like you to wear one.

Is there a minimum age?

Minimum age is 10 years old. Any guest under the age of 18 must have direct adult supervision.

What should we bring?

Swim or athletic wear, water, towel, sandals

May we bring our own food?

Yes!

What is the sauna temp?

We do our best to keep it between 160 F and 200 F, but temps will vary.

What is the pond temp?

The temp fluctuates based on the season. Usually around 74 F in the summer and down to 32F in the winter.

What health conditions are not advised?

Not recommended for those who are pregnant or elderly or for those who have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, diabetes, seizures, mobility impairments, open sores, heat or cold sensitivities, fainting episodes, cognitive impairments, abnormal immune response, cold or flu or Covid-19 symptoms, difficulty breathing, difficulty controlling alcohol intake.

Are dogs allowed?

No. But we have two of our own that will be happy to keep you company!

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel 24 hours in advance. Refunds may take up to a week to credit your account.
